Via Rt. 95N - Get off at High Street Exit 37; turn right onto High Street to the end, at Milford Boat Works: Turn left one half block to 73 Training Center on your right.

Via Rt. 95S - Get off at Exit 39A; Rt 1 to fork after first traffic light, bear left onto Cherry St. to River St. through Milford center, under railroad bridge to traffic light; Straight through light, down narrow street to 73 Training Center on left side.

From Devon - Bridgeport Ave. to the east end of Milford Green; Turn right at the light, down narrow street to 73 Training Center on left side.

From West Haven area - New Haven Ave. past fire house: Follow Daniel St. to stop sign. Turn left to traffic light. Straight through light down narrow street to 73 Training Center on you left.
